NEEDY FAMILIES OF VEHERATHANNA RECEIVED DRY RATION PACKS
As per the direction given by the Commander Security Force Head quarters Wanni Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc, 62 Division and its under command battalion of 26 Sri Lanka Singha Regiment organized a donation programme for distributing of Dry Rations worth of Rs. 150000.00 for 247 low income families from Weherathanna village on 2 February 2016. The donation was extended by Dr. Susila Ranasinghe from teaching hospital -Kandy on the request of Commander Security Force Head quarters Wanni. General Officer Commanding of 62 Division Brigadier AA Kodippili RSP ndc, Brigade Commander Of 623 Brigade Brigadier VLVM Liyanage RWP RSP , Commanding Officer Of 26 Sri Lanka Singha Regiment , Officers , family members of Dr. Susila Ranasinghe and Villages participated for the event.
