Series of events had been organized to mark New Year falls on 01 Jan 2016, on the directions of Commander Security Force (Wanni).\r\nCommencing the days programme, flags were hoisted in the morning at SFHQ (Wanni) premises and readout the commander of the Army’s New Year message.
