LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP FOR SENIOR NON COMMISSION OFFICERS AT SF HQ (W)
A leadership workshop had been conducted for 26 Senior Non Commission Officers in Security Force (Wanni) area, commencing on 14 December 2015 over three days at SF HQ (W) premises. This is the beginning of a series of workshops that will be continued for all SNCOs who are serving under Security force Headquarters (Wanni).\r\nTheory as well as practical sessions on leadership, etiquettes and team building exercises had been included for this workshop which was one of the concepts of the Commander Security Force (Wanni), to enhance the leadership qualities of SNCOs.\r\n
