To bid farewell and to appreciate the service rendered to the 61 Division a guard of honour was awarded to Brigadier WA Wanniarachchi RWP RSP USP ndc psc out going General Officer Commanding of 61 Division. The function was held on 3 Aug 2015 at 61 Division parade grounds .\r\nBrigadier WA Wanniarachchi RWP RSP USP ndc psc delivered the farewell speech after the parade and commended the excellent service and support rendered by the Officers and other ranks of 61 Division during his tenure.\r\nThe Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers ,Officers and large number of other ranks attended the parade and the tea party.\r\n
