'HADABIMA' AUTHORITY HAVE ORGANIZED A SEED DISTRIBUTION PROGRAMME AT VEHERATHENNA
62 Division along with “Hadabima†Authority have organized a seed distribution programme in Veherathenna resettled village on 22 October 2014 to support smallholder farmers for better yields. 260 Families were benefited and 02kg of Kaupi seeds, 2kg of Mun seeds and 50g of Chili seeds were distributed among them. General Officer Commanding 62 Division, Brigadier K G D Perera RWP RSP USP IG, Commander 623 Brigade, Brigadier J Thanthiri Watta RWP and Second In Command 26 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, Major R M K S B Werellagama SLSR were present at this sociable event.
