NEW OFFICE FOR THE CO OF 26TH BN OF SLSR AND NEW WOS’/SGT’S MESS BUILDING IN 330 SQN OF SLASC WERE DECLARED OPENED BY COMD SF (W)
Newly constructed office building for the Commanding officer of 26th Battalion of SLSR and Warrant Officers/Sgt’s Mess in 330 SQN of SLASC were declared open ceremonially by the Commander Security Force (Wanni), Colonel of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment and Competent Authority for Displaced Personnel in the Northern Province Major General M H S B Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc on 25 September 2014. The Warrant Officers/Sgt Mess Building had been constructed with the donations collected from the donors of the area.
The General Officer Commander of 62 Division Brigadier KGD Perera RWP RSP USP IG, the Brigade Commander of 623 Brigade, Brigadier J Thanthiriwaththa RWP, the Commanding Officer of 26th Battalion of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, Lieutenant Colonel AMSDB Adhikari SLSR, Senior Officers, Officers and large number of other ranks had gathered to celebrate this auspicious occasion.
