By responding to a kind request made by The Commander Security Forces (Wanni) Major General M H S B Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc, Sri Lanka Harbour Authority had donated 16 water storage tanks (15 x 500 L tanks and 1 x 1000 L tank) and 250 cans and allotted drinking water by using bowsers on 16 August 2014. A large number of villagers of Mawathawewa, Aliyakada, and Maradanmaduwa, were benefited by this programe.
Incumbent of the Maradanmaduwa temple, Senior Army Officers, Officials of Sri Lanka Harbour Authority, Divisional Secretary of Horovpathana and a large number of villages had participated for this consolatory program.
