PASSING OUT OF 29th BATCH RECRUITS AT 04th REGIMENT SRI LANKA SIGNAL CORPS TRAINING SCHOOL
After completing 04 months basic military training successfully, the passing out parade of sixty five Recruits were held at 4th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps Parade square at Anuradhapura around 0800 hrs on 14 June 2014. Commanding Officer of 4 SLSC Lt Col S M Athukorala psc took the salute as the chief guest. There were more than thousand participants including priests representing three main religions, Senior Army officers, officers, parents and relations of the recruits.
Trophies were awarded for the officers and Other Ranks who performed well during training as instructors and for the recruits who achieved overall best in respective skills.
The programme was ended up with a colourful musical night organized by 04th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps Training School, making a joyful evening for all the participants. This became a significant movement which inspire the mind set of the parents as they have contributed for the Nation by offering their loved sons to the Sri Lanka Army.
