Annual meeting of the Sri Lanka Red Cross Organization Mannar branch was held at the hotel Golden Rest in Mannar at 1900 hrs on 21 December 2013. The Civil Affairs officer 54 Division Lt Col KKKG Magnes GW attended the said event on behalf of the General Officer Commanding 54 Division Major General MAM Dias RWP RSP USP psc as a respectable invitee.
