According to the concept of Commander Security Forces (Wanni) the competent authority for resettling internal displaced personnel (IDPs) in Northern province and Colonel of the Regiment Sri Lanka Singhe Regiment, Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP ndu psc, with the guidance of General Officer Commanding 54 Division Brigadier MAM Dias RWP RSP USP psc, Commander 543 Brigade has initiated to build a house for Mrs. Samachandra Rasa Selvarani with the support of under command troops of 19 vir and 21 (V) GW who is a helpless lady and her family living in Pesalei. This house was declared opened by the General Officer Commanding 54 Division and handed over the keys to respective family on 16 November 2013. Worth of the newly built house is nearly about 1.8 million. Further 543 Brigade has donated stationary for 20 school children simultaneously.
