PREPARING A BAOBAB TREE TO BE PLANTED AT INDEPENDENT SQUARE AT TORRINGTON
On the request by Ministry Of Defence and Urban Development, the troops of 54 Division with assistance from Botanical garden Peradeniya, able to made a route balled to a historical value of a baobab tree. The said baobab tree has been transported to Colombo and planted on 07th October 2013 at the Independent Square at Torrington. The transport arrangement was made by the 12 Fd SLE.
