\r\nWANNI INNOVETA-2016 organized by Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) comprises with ,innovations, arts and education exhibition was held the from 29th to 31st July 2016 at Municipal ground Anuradhapura according to a concept of the Commander Security Force (Wanni) Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc who opened the exhibition on 29th July 2016 at Municipal ground Anuradhapura. \r\n\r\nFollowing chief guests were invited as the chief guest, for each day: Dr UG Rajapaksha Senior Lecture , Faculty Of Management, Social Science and Humanities, Department of Management and Finance, General Sir Jhon Kotelawala Defence University and Dr Mahesh Edirisinghe from Commissioner of NERD.\r\n\r\nForty four (44) number of innovations were displayed for the public by the inventors from Divisions, Brigades and Battalions under command to Security Force Headquarters (Wanni). Students of Rajarata University and school children of the area had participated at the exhibition ,with their innovations and presentations.\r\n\r\n“Wanni Sith Roo” an art exhibition that gave an opportunity to the military personals, school children and university students to display their art skill, under the given topics in relation to the present issues of the society as follows.\r\n\r\n• Child protection and gender abuses.\r\n• Preventing drugs.\r\n• Traffic accidents.\r\n• Renal diseases.\r\n\r\nGeneral Office Commander of 54 Division, Major General W B D P Fernando RWP RSP USP psc welcomed the invitees on behalf of the Commander Security Force(Wanni) and accompanied with all the invitees to inspect the exhibition . General Officer Commanders, Brigade Commanders, Commanding Office, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks witnessed the event. A large number of school students and civilians too had flocked to see the exhibition.\r\n
