WANNI COMMANDER MAKES OFFICIAL VISITS TO UNDER COMMAND FORMATIONS

The recently appointed Commander Security Force - (Wanni) Major General WLPW Perera RWP RSP ndu visited 21 Infantry Division and it’s under Command Brigades and Battalions on 19th November 2020 in Anuradhapura area.

The visiting Commander was honored with a Guard Turnout at Headquarters 21 Infantry Division and invited to plant a sapling at Division premises by the General Officer Commanding, of 21 Infantry Division Major General HLVM Liyanage RWP RSP ndu. Thereafter a briefing on role & tasks of 21 Infantry Division was conducted by the GOC which followed with a field visit to Headquarters 213 Brigade, Regional Ordnance Depot- Gajasinghapura, 5(V)Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) and 2 Mechanized Infantry Regiment (MIR) camps.
