VISIT OF DEFENCE ATTACHES TO SECURITY FORCE HEADQUARTERS (WANNI)

The delegation of Defence Attaches from foreign countries with their spouses and kids visited the Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) on 14 December 2020 and they were warmly welcomed by the Commander Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) Major General W L P W Perera RWP RSP ndu and other senior officers of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni).

Delegation of Defence Attaches was from USA, Russia, Bangladesh, Pakistan Maldives, Australia and India. Power point presentation was conducted to have brief insight of Area of Responsibility and activities of civil military coordination in the region. Later they were treated with a session of entertainment with cultural dance performed by Army dancing team and followed by the group photograph and tea. Souvenirs were exchanged with representatives to mark their visit and afterwards they departed to Trincomalee to continue with their visit.
