As per the directions of the General Officer Commanding 56 Infantry Division Major General H G P M Kariyawasam RSP ndu psc IG troops celebrated the ‘‘Deepavali” festival in a grand level at Headquarters, 56 Infantry Division, Kokeliya on 22 November 2023.
A considerable numbers of soldiers belongs to Hindu religious are serving under 56 Infantry Division was given the opportunity in celebration this festival which was graced the event by all senior staff officers of 56 Infantry Division & under command brigades.
