TREE PLANTING PROGRAMME AT RANAVIRUPIYASA - SAMPATHNUWARA
With the coordination of Headquarter 62 Division, 621 Brigade and 9th (Volunteer) Sri Lanka Light Infantry had organized a Tree Planting programme at Sampathnuwara, Ranavirupiyasa village along its road entrance at 1000 hrs on 15 November 2014. For the event, 80 plants of teak, mahogany, kaya, jack plants had been planted and these were provided by national housing development authority office at Mulative. Civil Affairs Officer 62 Division, Brigade Major 621 Brigade and 20 members of NHDA, Mulative officials and workers had presented for the occasion.
