As per the instructions received from Army headquarter the third Quarantine Center was established at Battalion Training Center Bogoda on 20 March 2020 under the instrctions and supervision of Commander Security Force Wanni Major General Rohitha Dharmasiri ndu psc.
Similar to the other Quarantine Center established at Pampeimadu and Periyakadu this Center was also established with all facilitiyes provided to the people who are arriving from the Bandaranayaka International Airport , Katunayake. The Speciality of this Center is that it was created Puvely for the pilgrims who are arriving from Dambadiva India.
A total of 113 Persons arrived at AM hrs 20 March 2020 for the Quarantine Process which included 10 Monks also. The Commander Security Force Wanni Maj Gen Rohitha Darmasiri ndu psc and all Officers of SFHQ Wanni are highly committed in assisting this emergency project by means of coordinating and provision of other facilities.
