With the intention of improve the skills on handling the signal equipment by Regimental Signalers of Other Arms and Junior Signal Operators who are performing duties in Divisions and Brigade headquarters, a 'Signal Refresher Course' was organized and conducted in 54 Infantry Division with the supervision of 4 Sri Lanka Signal Crops.
28 x ORs belong to under command Brigades and Battalions of 54 Infantry Division participated for the 05 Days Course which was commenced from 22 March 2021.
Many practical sessions were organized during the course on radio operating, exchange operating, battery charging, tuning a Satellite TV and handling of PA equipment in order to improve the practical skills of the personnel.
