Senior Non Commission Officers leadership work shop at SF HQ (W)
The Senior Non Commission Officers leadership work shop conducted from 8th August 2016 to 10th August 2016 at Security Force Headquarters (Wanni). The opening statement and the certificate ceremony lead by Colonel General Staff of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) Colonel DBC Jayasinghe RSP psc. There are 43 Senior Non Commissions Officers participated and successfully completed the workshop.\r\n\r\nAs per the direction given by the training directive, the workshop included theory as well as practical sessions on leadership, etiquette and team building exercises which was one of the major and important areas in the workshop. This workshop is very important event in the calendar of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni).\r\n
