In response to the request of Director Teaching hospital Anuradhapura, Troops of 21 Infantry Division Under Command to Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) assist to hospital authorities of Teaching hospital, Anuradhapura during the Islandwide strike launched by the minor staff of Health service on 11 January 2024.
As per the Direction of Commander Security Forces (Wanni) Major General W P A D W Nanayakkara RSP VSV USP ndu , The General Officer Commanding, Major General H H K S S Hewage RWP RSP USP rcds psc Sent male and female soldiers in this crisis situation to assist the Hospital authorities.
