SECURITY FORCE (WANNI) VESTS TWO MORE HOUSES FOR LESS INCOME FAMILIES

Security Force Wanni taking another step forward for the housing project, vests two more houses to low income families residing in Thanthirimale area on 03 April 2021. These newly constructed houses were declared open by General Officer Commanding 21 Infantry Division Major General HLVM Liyanage RWP RSP ndu and ceremonially handed over to the families of Mrs. I Shalika Madu Wickramasinghe and Mrs. P. Sepalika Piyadasa.

Mrs. I Shalika Madu Wickramasinghe living in Thambiyawa, Thantirimale, was living with his three children in great despair due to economic constraints for a long time. And also Mrs. P. Sepalika Piyadasa. Living in Madawachchieliya, Thanthirimale also living with his three children was undergoing with great despair due to economic constraints for a long time.

Philanthropist living in Australia Mr Damith Kahawe, Mr Anura Nanayakkara and Mrs Sandya Nanayakkara who was keenly waiting for an opportunity to lend a helping hand to destitute families, provided financial assistance to construct these houses. Constructions of houses were undertaken by 5 SLNG under 212 Brigade with the supervision of General Officer Commanding - 21 Division. This is the 29th house which built and donated by the Security Force Headquarters (Wanni).
