68 Infantry Division Troops Under command to Security Forces (Wanni) recently mindful of the dire need of the Furniture at Anandapuram Government Tamil Mix School donated a stock of Teachers tables and students chairs. This donation was made on request of the school Principal to the school on 12th January 2024.
The initiative, taken by Major General Senaka Kasthurimudali, all officers and other ranks in the 68th Infantry Division with the intention of improving the seating and reading facilities for both kids and teachers in the school.
The event was conducted with the presence of General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 68 Division, Brigadier S Wijesiriwardane RWP RSP Brigade Commander 681 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, Officers and teachers were participated at the event.
