SATHUTA A TWO DAY WORKSHOP ON HEALTH PROMOTION HELD AT 54 DIVISION HEADQUARTERS
The health promotion unit of Rajarata University conducted “Sathuta” workshop for two days on health promotion at 54 Division headquarters on 2 and 3 November 2016.\r\n\r\nThe Commander security Force Headquarters (Wanni) directed the instructors and General Officer Commanding, 54 Division supervised the workshop. Around 125 Other Ranks and 15 civil employees belong to 54 Division Headquarters, some representatives of under command brigades and battalions were present at the program.\r\n\r\nMr. DumidaGuruge – Senior Lecture at Rajarata University headed 15 instructors and discussed the areas on family and child health, Sexual education and prevention from drugs. Workshop was consisted with lectures out door sessions.\r\n\r\nAll participants extended their gratitude to the Commander, Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) and a token of appreciation was presented to the instructors by the General Officer Commanding 54 Division to admire their excellent commitment.
