ROSHAN MAHANAMA PRIMARY SCHOOL WAS DECLARED OPEN AT WEHERATHANNA
Roshan Mahanama primary school was declared open at Weherathanna area with the participation of massive distinguished gathering on 11 January 2017.\r\n\r\nThe school was constructed with the financial aid of Mr. Roshan Mahanama and commenced the studies with strength of 44 students.\r\n\r\nThe newly appointed principal Mr. Chrishantha Jayasooriya and the staff of the school conveyed their respectful aggregate to the financial donators as well as the General Officer Commanding of 62 Division, Major General B H M A Wijesinghe USP ndu psc, all Officers, Other Ranks of 62 Division and specially to 26 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment who contributed their invaluable effort and dedication to construct the school with several difficulties.\r\n\r\nFacilitating of human and physical resources were offered as per the guidance and supervision of the Commander Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) Major General J R Kulathunga RSP ndc psc.\r\n\r\nThe Commander, Security Force Headquarter (Wanni), General Officer Commanding - 62 Division, Brigade Commanders, number of Senior Officers and distinguished Officials of different Civil Authorities were present at the ceremony whilst Mr. Roshan Mahanama gracing the occasion as the chief guest.
