A REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT VESTS TO THE PUBLIC IN WELIOYA AREA
As increasing the kidney diseases in North and North Central Provinces, the requirement of fresh water supply system has become a major issue of residents in those two districts. In resulting the tireless effort of troops under Security Force (Wanni), a newly installed Reverse Osmosis plant was vested the public of Welioya area in Mulativu district on 25 November 2017 to fulfill their daily drinking water consumption.\r\n\r\nThis Reverse Osmosis Plant has been installed at 9 Gajaba Regiment, Welioya with instruction and guidance of the Commander Security Force (Wanni) Major General Kumudu Perera RWP RSP USP ndu and it was funded by the Presidential Task Force for kidney diseases preventionwhile Sri Lanka Navy was being assisted technically to install this water filtering system successfully.\r\n\r\nThe opening of the newly established water filtering system was headed by the General Officer Commanding, 62 Division Brigadier Snajaya Wanigasinghe RWP RSP USP along with the Commander of 622 Brigade.\r\n\r\nThe Commanding Officer of 9 Gajaba Regiment, Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and number of villagers were present at the occasion.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
