PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP WAS ORGANIZED BY 61 DIVISION
On the direction and guidance of the Commander Security Force Headqarters (Wanni), 61 Division organized a day workshop on “Personality Development” on 25 February 2017 at the Headquarters 61 Division focussing all Other Ranks under command to Security Forces Headqarters (Wanni) and approximately 500 other ranks in 54, 56 and 61 Divisions participated in the workshop.\r\n\r\nThe workshop was conducted by two eminent professionals in psychology and personality development, Mr Tharaka Prasanna Edirisinghe (Managing Director of Thirasara Centre for Training Development and Psychology Counselling) and Mr Amintha De Silva (Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Vision 8 Academy).\r\n\r\nThe whole workshop was designed for two sessions. Initial session was conducted by Mr Tharaka Edirisinghe by covering subjects of “What is Personality, Personal Attitudes, Communication Skills, Control of Emotions and How to Develop Personality’’ Finally Mr Amintha De Silva added essence by enlightening on “How to maintain Financial and Social Status, Education Vs the Professionalism and Work Life Balance’’\r\n
