Troops of the 62 Infantry Division in Galkulama on 20 February 2023 reaped the paddy harvest from their patch of paddy cultivation sown in the past 'Maha' season. The harvesting ceremony started after auspicious rites and rituals were performed in the presence of Major General Janaka Ranasinghe, General Officer Commanding, 62 Infantry Division. Officers and Other Ranks of the 62 Infantry Division participated in the paddy harvesting ceremony.
