OPENING OF NEW HOUSE CONSTRUCTED FOR LOW INCOME FAMILY IN 56 INFANTRY DIVISION AREA

In conjunction with the 75th anniversary of Sri Lanka Army under the direction of Major General J P C Peiris RWP RSP ndc, Commander Security Forces (Wanni), with the guidance of Major General S Kasturimudali RSP ndc psc, General Officer Commanding 56 Infantry Division, with the supervision of Commander 563 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Y M S C B Jayathilake RSP USP and under the leadership of Commanding Officer 7th Battalion Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Major M K D P P K Kankanige RWP RSP USP psc SLSR and his troops successfully completed the construction a new house for a deserving family in the area of 7 SLSR, Omanthai, Nawathakulam area. The programme of the newly constructed house opening ceremony was held with the participation of Major General S Kasthurimudali RSP ndc psc on 05.10.2024. Financial support was given by the philanthropists, Sinhala and Tamil people in this area.
