OPENING OF THE CHILDREN’s PARK CONSTRUCTED BY 213 INF BDE AND NEW ORs ACCOMMODATION BILLET AT RODC GAJASINGHAPURA

In expanding peace and harmony, with the conceptual layout and directions of Commander SFHQ (W), a newly constructed Children’s park at GAJASINGHAPURA was inaugurated by Commander Security Force Headquarters (wanni) MAJ GEN WPADW Nanayakkara RSP VSV USP nduas the chief guest on 21 May 2024.

The Children’s park was constructed by the troops of 213 Inf Bde under the guidance of Comd SFHQ (W) MAJ GEN WPADW Nanayakkara RSP VSV USP ndu, GOC 21 Inf Div Maj Gen HHKSS Hewage RWP RSP USP rcds psc and under the supervision of Comd 213 Inf Bde Col PM de Silva RSP USP. School equipment for 20 Pre School children were distributed during this event, Comd 21 Inf Div Maj gen HHKSS Hewage RWP RSP USP rcds psc, Comd 213 Inf Bde Col PM de Silva RSP USP, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks graced the occasion. At the end of the event newly constructed ORs accommodation billet for the troops of RODC - GAJASINGHAPURA was opened by Comd SFHQ (W). The GOC 21 Inf Div, Comd 213 Inf Bde, Senior Officers, Officers and other Ranks participated for the event.
