Closing address of the officers refresher course for staff entrance ,which was commenced on 03 July 2015. It was held with the presence of the GSO-1(OPS) of the Security Force Headquarters Wanni, Lt. col JP Withanachchi RWP USP GR at 1600 hrs on 17 July 2015 at the lecture hall of the Officers mess, Security Force Headquarters Wanni. Many important lectures were conducted during the course, by psc qualified officers who are serving under the Security Force Wanni.
