Narikkadu Community Hall in MANNAR worth of Rs 1.2 Million was constructed by the funds provided by the officials from foreign diplomatic services. It was declared open to the public by the adviser to the President of Sri Lanka, Venerable Bengamuwe Nalaka Thero on 11th April 2013.
