The National tree planting programme was launched by the General Officer Commanding 54 Division Brigadier MAM Dias RWP RSP USP psc, at the 54 Division Headquarters premises at 1003 hrs on 15 November 2013. Other all Senior Officer and all Ranks also participated this event.
