LT COL GBWMRKR BANDARA RWP RSP GW ASSUMES OFFICE AS THE NEW COLONEL GENERAL STAFF OF SECURITY FORCE HEADQUARTERS (WANNI)

Lt Col GBWMRKR Bandara RWP RSP GW assumed office as the new Colonel General Staff of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) in an auspicious time on 12 August 2019.

He succeeds Colonel PAM Peiris RSP USP psc who has been appointed as the new Commander at 212 Brigade.

Lt Colonel GBWMRKR Bandara RWP RSP is from Gemunu Watch and has held numerous important appointments during his military career in Command, Instructor and Staff appointments at various Levels HQ’s.
