The Security Force (Wanni) Inter Division Elle Competition - 2017 was organized by the Forward Maintenance Area (N/C) according to a concept of the Commander Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) Major General Ruwan Kulatunga.\r\n\r\nThe Tournament was held at 5 Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers ground in Saliyapura with the participation of 7 male teams, 2 female teams within Security Force (Wanni) Area Of Responsibility and Forward Maintenance Area during 3rd, 4th and 5th May 2017.\r\n\r\nFinal match was held on 05 May 2017 at 5 Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers ground. The overall men’s championship of the tournament was awarded to 61 Division whilst the runners up was awarded to 62 Division. The trophy for overall championship of women’s event was awarded to 4 (V) Sri Lanka Women’s Corp whilst runner up was awarded to 2 (V) Sri Lanka Women’s Corp.\r\n\r\nThe Commander Forward Maintenance Area Major General D S Weeraman participated in the awarding ceremony as the chief guest. The General Officer Commanding of all divisions, Senior Officers, Officers and number of Other Ranks gathered in the occasion.\r\n
