ICRC OFFICIALS CALL AT COMMANDER SECURITY FORCE (WANNI)
The delegates of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC), headed by Mr. Vilson Mondal, new Head of Office in Vauniya ICRC and Mr Patrick Morin, former Head of Office - Vavuniya, met Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc, Commander, Security Force (Wanni) on 27 January 2016 with the intention of receiving an update on the humanitarian roles, being performed by the Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) in coordination with the ICRC representatives in Vauniya.
