HUMAN RIGHTS SEMINAR WAS CONDUCTED BY THE CENTRE FOR THE STUDY OF HUMAN RIGHTS’- UNIVERSITY OF COLOMBO
Two days seminar was conducted by the Centre for the study of Human Rights - University of Colombo for the Army personnel in Security Force (Wanni) area of responsible and 25 officers of Civil Defence Force on 06 and 07 August 14 at the auditorium of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni). Lectures were conducted by the officers from Centre for the study of Human Rights’ Ms. Dilani Chandrasekera, Ms. MAhesha Abeywickckrama and Ms. Nilani Wanninayaka and Police Inspector of Anuradhapura Police Station Mr SWR Jayantha on the headings of Law, Child abuses and How to save children of being abused.
