GENERAL OFFICER COMMANDING 62 INFANTRY DIVISION ADDRESSES INSTRUCTORS OF BATTALION TRAINING SCHOOL KALYANIPURA PRIOR TO COMMENCE RECRUIT TRAINING

Training is the best welfare which can be given for the soldiers. A well-motivated instructor is crucial to transform a raw civilian in to a soldier. Having understood this realness, General Officer Commanding 62 Infantry Division Brigadier Upali Gunasekera visited to Battalion Training School Kalyanipura on 17th April 2021 and addressed all officers and other ranks instructors those who engage of recruits training.

The aim of addressing instructors was get everybody in to the same page prior to commence recruit training very soon. Further General Officer Commanding emphasized the responsibilities and guidelines given by SF HQ (W), Dte of Trg and other relevant authority with regard to impending recruit training.
