Troops of the 562 Infantry Brigade Headquarters in Echchankulam organized a series of events in order to its 01st Anniversary on 02ndMarch 2021 under the directions of Commander 562 Infantry Brigade Brigadier A M S Premawansa RWP RSP USP. Prior to the anniversary day, alms-giving to Buddhist monks, 'Bodhi Pooja Pinkama' and other religious observances of hindu, catholic and muslim got underway on anniversary day.
Anniversary day Guard Turnout were presented by 562 Infantry Brigade troops to the Commander 562 Brigade on arrival at the premises followed by other military formalities. Commanding Officers, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event taken places.
