“The Leadership and Motivation” Training programme for graduates in Wanni which was incepted on the directives in line with HE the President’s “Saubhagayaye Dekma” on 14 September 2020. Complete training session is consisted with 5 packages as Leadership and Team Building, Management, Public Sector, Private Sector and Project Work package. All 5 packages successfully completed within one month period of time and total numbers of 2108 graduates were participated. Military package was conducted in 12 training centers. The leadership programme was conducted by the Security Force (Wanni) under the guidance and supervision of Security Force Commander (Wanni) Major General Dammika Jayasinghe. The training programmme was conducted with the assistance of Government Agents in Anuradhapura, Vavuniya and Mannar District in order to archive the goals and vision of the government.
