The Final Presentation of Battalion Training Course 2022 following by the 19th Battalion Sri Lanka Light Infantry was conducted successfully on 17thApril 2022 at BTS – Mulankavil.
Topic of the PPT was ancient “Battle of Vijithapura” and able to conducted theoretical and conceptual analyze about the battle.
Further, theme of the PPT was ancient Vijithapura village with Vijithapura Fortress, life style of people lived in Vijithapura and traditional Sri Lankan concept “Gamai - Pansalai, Wewai – Dagebai”.
Maj Gen C D Ranasinghe RWP RSP Commander - Security Forces (Wanni) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Further, Maj Gen K A Samarasiri RWP RSP USP psc, General Officer Commanding - 65 Infantry Division, Brig KMW Bandara RSP, Commander - 651 Infantry Brigade, Brig WAUS Wanasekara RWP USP, Commander - 652 Infantry Brigade with other Senior Officers in 65 Infantry Division attended for the occasion.
This collective presentation ended successfully with the great commitment and enthusiasm of Commanding Officer, all Officers and all Other Ranks of the battalion. Moreover this was supported by the Chief Instructor, all Officer and Other Rank Instructors of BTS – Mulankavil.
