65 Infantry Division organized a felicitation ceremony in order to felicitate newly promoted General Officer Commanding Major General K A Samarasiri RWP RSP USP psc on 09 August 2021.
The GOC on arrival at the venue reviewed the Guard Turn Out, presented by 24th Battalion of Gajaba Regiment. Troops of 10, and 17 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry battalions presented the Guard of Honour parade in the parade square at the 65 Infantry Division.
Brigade Commanders, Staff Officers of the Headquarters 65 Infantry Division, Commanding Officers and other ranks were present on the occasion.
