ESTABLISHMENT REVERSE OSMOSIS DRINKING WATER SYSTEM TO THE CIVILIANS AND ARMY SOLDIERS AT KALLIADI VILLAGE IN MANNAR REGION

According to the noble idea of the Commander 541 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier B Y C Fernando RWP USP, a reverse osmosis drinking water systems was established in this camp to provide drinking water facilities to the civilians living in the Kalliadi village area and the army, sister services personnel. The reverse osmosis drinking water systems was inaugurated on 06 March 2024 by the General Officer Commanding - 54 Infantry Division, Major General K M P S B Kulathunga RSP ndc psc. Officers and other ranks as well as civilians participated in the event and with this reverse osmosis drinking water systems, the people traveling on the A 32 Road from Mannar to Jaffna will be able to took their need for clean drinking water. Furthermore, all the components of this reverse osmosis drinking water systems were provided by the Sri Lanka Army, while the labor for other construction works was provided by the troops of the 541 Infantry Brigade.
