ESSENTIAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT WAS DONATED TO THE THAMBUTTEGAMA HOSPITAL
Essential medical equipment was donated by the 2nd battalion of Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corp – Anuradhapura as per the request of Dr. AM Hasitha Attnanayake the Director of Thambuttegama Hospital.\r\nThe Commander of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc and Commanding Officer of 2nd Battalion of Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corp Lt Col Widura Dissanayake offered medical items including ten beds to Dr. AM Hasitha Attanayake the Director of Thambuttegama Hospital.\r\nThe Director of Thambuttegama Hospital gave his sincere gratitude to the Commander of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc and the Commanding Officer of 2nd battalion of Sri Lanaka Army Ordnance Corp Lt Col Widura Dissanayake for this invaluable contribution.\r\nFurther, The Director of Thambuttegama Hospital stated that this donation is a worth-while contribution of facilitating and treating the patients without transferring them to more distance by placing their lives at a risk.
