DONATION OF DRY RATION PACKETS AND WATER BOTTLES IN WALIOYA AREA
62 Division has organized a distribution of dry ration packets and drinking water bottles under the kind patronage of Imaduwa Dewalegoda Purana Viharadhipathi Thero and Kodagoda Kusalananda Thero to the drought-hit people in Gajabapura and Monarawewa on 25 August 2014. 266 families were benefited by this drought relief campaign. The event was conducted under the guidance of General Officer Commanding 62 Division Brigadier K G D Perera RWP RSP USP IG, and coordinated by Commander 621 Brigade, I H M N N Herath USP.
