DONATING A HOUSE TO A FAMILY AT THANTHIRIMALE

Taking another step forward on the housing projects launched by the Security Force (Wanni) under the supervision of Commander SF Wanni Major General Rohitha Dharmasiri ndu psc, a newly constructed house at Katukeliyawa, Thanthirimale was donated to the family of Mrs YW Manora Kumari who were living with lot of difficulties on 14 March 2020.

Doctor Madhushika Kosta of Anuradhapura Hospital, came forward to sponsor financially to construct this house and the programme was coordinated by the General Officer Commanding of 21 Division Major General H L V M Liyanage RWP RSP ndu through his personal affiliation.

Construction of this house was under taken by troops of 5 Battalion of Sri Lanka National Guard with the guidance of Commander 212 Brigade.

The newly constructed house comprised with all facilities such as sitting area, daining room, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen etc and was gifted with essential house hold items, electric appliances and furniture. In addition, the beneficiary was much fortunate to be facilitated.
