Distribution of coconut plants to civilian under coconut triangle project in North province

Coconut plant distribution campaign for low income families was conducted in Security Forces Wanni area with the direction of Commander Security Forces (Wanni) Major General W P A D W Nanayakkara RSP VSV USP ndu. General Office Commanding 56 Infantry Division, Major General H G P M Kariyawasam RSP ndu psc IG and Commander 561 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier K M G Bandaranayaka USP psc supervised this event. Commanding Officer 16 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Major W H Wickramasingha RWP RSP psc Lsc, SLSR, Commanding Officer 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry Major A M L K Gunathilaka RSP psc SLLI, officers and Other Ranks of both battalions were participated for distribute 2500 coconut plants on 27 and 28 November 2023.
