6The Commander Security Force (Wanni) Major General D M H D Bandara RWP RSP USP visited the 563 Infantry Brigade area on 21 May 2021 and during the visit he inspected the newly constructed Awasageya in Atabagaskada Rajamaha Viharaya and met the chief incumbent of the temple. As the new Awasageya building has been completed, the chief incumbent requested that dilapidated Awasageya be demolish and removed and troops of 7 SLSR and 8 SLE conducted the demolition and removal .
6This was one of the civil Military Coordinating projects among several projects which have been planned for implementation in the area the instruction of Commander Security force (Wanni). further sremadhana campaign was conducted to clean the temple by the troops of 21 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment to mark the Vesak festival. All renovation and cleaning tasks were carried out under the supervision of Commander 563 Infantry Brigade with the instructions of GOC 56 Infantry Division.
