The base commander of the air force base vauniya Air commodore DK Wanigasooriya RWP RSP USP MDS Psc paid a courtesy call on The Commander Security Force (Wanni), Colonel of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment and Competent Authority for IDP’s in Northern Province Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc on 02 July 2014 morning just after his promotion to the rank of air commodore.
The base commander was awarded a plaque by The Commander Security Force (Wanni), as a memorial of his courtesy visit.
