As per the instructions given by the Commander 563 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier K P A Perera RSP and under the supervision of Commanding Officer 7th Battalion Sri Lanka Sinhe Regiment, Major M A J M Perera RWP RSP psc has conducted a cleaning and renovation programme at Piarappanmaduwa and Namalgama temples prior to the Katina Pooja Ceremony.
Troops of 7th Battalion of Sri Lanka Sinhe Regiment (00x10) participated for each temple. The event commenced on 28 October 2021.
