As per the concept of Commander Security Forces (Wanni) the competent authority for resettling internal displaced personnel (IDPs) in Northern province and Colonel of the Regiment Sri Lanka Singhe Regiment, Major General MHSB Perera RWP RSP ndu psc, with the direction of General Officer Commanding 54 Division Brigadier MAM Dias RWP RSP USP psc, Commander 541 Brigade, command troops of 25 GW and 24 VIR was guided to build a house for a rehabilitated LTTE person Mr. Ramanadan Rameshwaran who is resided in Thrukethiswaram Mannar. General Officer Commanding 54 Division declared the opening and handed over the keys to respective family on 16 November 2013. Cost of the newly built house is about two million. In Parallel to the said event 541 Brigade has donated limbs for 12 amputated civilians.
